Steven Grant Wade

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Steven Grant Wade, age 69, was born May 18, 1953 and died July 26, 2022 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired nursery seed collector and member of the Baptist faith, he was the son of the late T.C. and Julia Teeters Wade. He was married to Elaine Hobbs on November 11, 2011. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Grant Wade; brother, Gordon Buster Wade and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leslie and Frances Hobbs. In addition to his wife, Mr. Wade is survived by five sons, Christopher Steven (Mary) Wade of McMinnville, TN, Michael Wade, Travis (Randi) Hoover of Spring Hill, TN and Grant Hoover and Noah Hoover both of Murfreesboro, TN; eight grandchildren, Lee Wade, Connor Wade, Kaitlyn Wade, Emily Wade, Julia Wade and Laurna McCormick all of McMinnville, TN and Amelia and Ella Hoover of Spring Hill, TN; one great-grandson, Grant Wade of McMinnville, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Jim Davenport of Viola, TN; sister-in-law, Evelyn Wade of the Jacksboro Community and several nieces and nephews.
