Thomas Edward Martin

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native Thomas Edward Martin, age 71, was born July 17, 1953 and died December 25, 2024 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness.

A former employee of Yorozu and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late William Lawrence Martin, Jr. and Nannie Bell Ramsey Martin. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by niece, Sandra Martin.

Mr. Martin is survived by children, Shatorra Perkins of Morrison, TN, LynTonya McKinley of Ohio, Barry Johnson of Morrison and LaQuita McKinley of Ohio; grandchildren, Jayren and Kyra Perkins, LynTasia, Domanique and Joseph Harris and Dynell and Lataya Johnson; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Martin, Scherre Martin and William Martin and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2024 in High’s Chapel with Marty Gribble to officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at High’s.
