Tiara Danielle Smith is survived by daughter, EmberLynn MaeAnn Smith-Conley of McMinnville, TN; partner, Heath Conley; parents, Edward James Smith of McMinnville, TN and Toshia Thomas of Murfreesboro, TN; siblings, Keara Smith, Courtni Jones, Wesley Thomas and Shaneeka Pleasant, all of McMinnville, TN and Lybraun Caperton of Cookeville, TN; grandmother, Tonya Thomas of Murfreesboro, TN; aunts, Alicia Strode and Renita Martin of McMinnville, TN, Marian Smith of Memphis, TN and Brittany Thomas of Murfreesboro, TN; great-aunt, Deborah Thomas-Grayson of Murfreesboro, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins and bonus mom, Angela Brakeall.
