Timothy Wayne Lewis

Sparta, TN resident and South Bend, IN native Timothy Wayne Lewis, age 48, was born January 15, 1978 and died suddenly January 21, 2026 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

A house manager at Community Options, Inc. in Cookeville, he was the son of the late Francis and Carol Roland Weaver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Michael Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is survived by daughter, Piper Lewis and friend, Benita King, both of Rock Island, TN.

Per his wishes, Mr. Lewis will be cremated. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at High’s.
