Tom Mack Womack

Tom Mack Womack, age 84, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native was born May 26, 1937 and died June 10, 2021 at Wharton Nursing Home in Pleasant Hill, TN following an extended illness. He was a retired real estate agent, a retired United States Air Force veteran, a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, and the son of the late Floyd Bryan and Mattie Macon Elrod Womack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Marie Barnes Womack, and brothers, Harold Womack, and Joe Floyd Womack. Mr. Womack is survived by son, Scott (Stephanie) Womack of Orlando, FL; two grandchildren, Mason and Morgan Womack; two brothers, Glynn (Louise) Womack of McMinnville, TN and Lynn (Shirley) Womack of Woodbury, TN; and sister, Melba (Bernie) Hillis of McMinnville, TN. Graveside service and inurnment will be held for Tom and Marie Barnes Womack at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021 in Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville with Trent Key officiating. Military grave rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post 173 Honor Guard and VFW Post 5064. Family and friends are to meet at cemetery. No visitation will be held at High’s.
