Trenton Eugene Hampton

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Trenton Eugene Hampton, age 29, was born February 22, 1994 and died suddenly August 25, 2023 in Van Buren Co., TN.

A welder with Kirchhoff Automotive and a member of Bonner Church of Christ, he was the son of Gregory (Kathy) Hampton and Melanie (Tommy) Myers. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Frank Jr. and Gloria Coppinger.

He was married to Shelby Taylor Green of McMinnville, TN in October of 2016. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by children, Autumn Rose Hampton, Sophie Jewel Hampton and Clayton Eugene Hampton; sister, Courtney Nichole Hampton; nieces, Alice Lashay Hampton and Alaya Jade Hampton; one nephew on the way; paternal grandparents, Dennis Eugene and Janie Ellen Hampton; aunts, Tammy Marlene Comfort and Jennifer (Mike) Reed and mother-in-law, Tracey (William) Brown.

Graveside service and interment will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Philadelphia Cemetery in Grundy Co., TN with Tim Long officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at High’s.
