McMinnville, TN resident and Rutherford County, TN native Tucker Wyatt Lewandowski, age 5, was born January 11, 2018 and died June 9, 2023 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, TN following a short illness.
Tucker was the son of Jeff Lewandowski and Alicia Lawson of McMinnville, TN. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Linda Bradford, Carl Rackley and William Smartt and uncle, Shane Thomas.
In addition to his parents, Tucker is survived by grandparents, Edward and Sharon Lawson, Kathy Smartt, Leticia Smartt and Russell Smartt; aunts, Beth “Buffy” Hollandsworth, Kelly Lewandowski, Patricia Woods, April Gray and family and Jonie Smartt; great-aunts and great-uncles, Chris and Pam Cooper, Cindy Thomas and Devin and Jackie Rackley; cousins, Elliott and Ashlyn Kelley, Rachel Cooper, Ryan Thomas and Nick McCormick, Trayton "Manfire" Rackley, Brandon Austin and family, Katie Hollandsworth and family, Sarah Hollandsworth, Lexie Hollandsworth, Kayleen Lewandowski, Raven Lewandowski, Timmy Blakely, Jathan Woods & Jayla Woods ; best friends, Braelynn, Ridge, Jayce, Eastlen, Colton and Maggie; all his camping family and his Learning House family.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Rick Lyles officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 pm. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at High’s.
