Wayne Woodside

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Wayne Woodside, age 60, was born March 27, 1966 and died April 14, 2026 at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, TN following a brief illness.

Wayne worked as an apartment manager at The Village in Vanderbilt and was a member of the Baptist Church. He is the son of Daisy May Woodside of McMinnville, TN and grandson of the late Jack and Mildred Myers. In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by aunt, Francis Neal and uncle, David Myers.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by aunts and uncles, Lucy Webster, Tony (Brenda) Myers, Patsy (Mickey) Davis, Peggy Byars, Louise (Rickey) McCormick and Nora (Johnny) Haston; very special friends, Myra Bell and Kent Gibbs and all the ladies at Dr. Netherton’s office.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026 in High’s Chapel with Johnny Haston officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
